Growing up Mitch was always involved in some form of fitness, athletics as a kid, and boxing all through high school. He got into crossfit during his time in the Royal Australian Navy and has been hooked ever since.
Mitch began his coaching career shortly after discharging from the Navy at The Cell Crossfit in Western Australia.
In 2013 he moved to Melbourne and began training at Schwartz. It was his passion for fitness that led to him joining the Schwartz Team.
