Growing up, I was not the most talented kid when it came to sports. Although always involved, I was never the gifted athlete. I played and tried many sports including football, tennis, boxing and cricket.

In 2008 I joined Schwartz's Crossfit Melbourne to help build self esteem and become a much fitter and healthier person. Attending the gym once a week soon grew to three times a week, and as my passion grew for Crossfit I attended every chance I had.

When it came to choosing a career path, I came to the conclusion that my passion lay in the fitness industry, in particular Crossfit.

I believe that through Crossfit and functional fitness people from all physical backgrounds can make enormous gains in their everyday life.  With a healthy diet and a good fitness program anyone can live a happy and healthy life.

I have seen the results that Crossfit can have on people and I am a constant campaigner and believe that everybody should try it. Once applied, it can change your life.
