Fiona Pozzobon

Fiona is a qualified physiotherapist and clinical pilates practioner who has been working in private practice for over six years.  She begain her crossfit career almost four years ago and though now and thought it only seemed natural to start coaching and teaching others what she is truly passionate about. 

Coming from a "globo gym" background where she executed the same set of excercises, on the same day of the week, at the same weight for four years and wondered why she was not seeing results, she now knows that results can come quickly with hard work, determination and most importantly variety.

Fiona says that crossfit is intelligent training. She believes that crossfit is a journey of discovery about how our bodies move, their weaknesses and learning new ways to make us move better not only in training but also in life. She has had great success with the rehabiliation of clients through crossfit. Not only helping them build strength in the gym but confidence with work and activities of daily living.

Her philosophy on training is to develop good movement patterns through good coaching, repetition and persistence. Once these movement patterns have been established, the sky is the limit!
