Beyond the whiteboard
Tracking your daily workouts and rep maxes is one of the sure fire ways to guarantee success in Crossfit. If we know what we have previous achieved it allows us to efficiently work towards setting new personal bests. Beyond The Whiteboard is the best tool that we have found for tracking performance. It not only allows you to record your daily scores but also gives you data on how your score compares to others. You can compare yourself with the best in the world or you can narrow it down to others within your age and gender.
In our initial run out of this program it proved to be very popular. So we are inviting all of our members to sign up and begin tracking their progress.
The workout is posted at 5pm the previous evening. This gives you time to plan the weights you will use, what strategy you will take and what you will need to focus on.
