Cardio Crossfit classes are designed to work your body hard and improve your cardiovascular conditioning.
The classes will aim to give you a higher work capacity with more of a weight-loss focus.
They will be less technical and as such won't involve advanced gymnastic or any barbell type movements. They will however certainly get your heart rate up!
These classes will be added slowly to our program in an endeavor to try and add something slightly different to our existing programming.
