I think it would be interesting to post some of the millions of articles/research on the negative and harmful effects of diets high in meat and animal products. Whist I will in no way debate the aesthetic benefits of paleo for crossfit. I could legitimately argue the health benefits of it with just as much, if not more evidence to support the negatives of it.
