Aron take as much time as you need post the chin up/burpee workout. the rest is just at your own pace and good practice.

Question (I'm following this in a garage gym)
Is there any break between the Chinup/burpee part and the HSPU/Box Jump part? Or is it all one workout?
If it is two seperate workouts is the Max HSPU/Box Jump for time? or rest between rounds as needed?
